Saturday afternoon’s dedicated board piece on this desk sat at 122 as at 30 October, with Ghana Prosperity’s 23 October Strait of Hormuz row as the newest named line. The fatality line has not moved. What moved is the count by one, and one new named row at the top of the table. IMO now prints LOUISE 1, IMO 9290323, dated 29 October, 25 nautical miles northeast of Khasab, Oman, damaged, no pollution. Monday is the first official IMO print of a 29 October confirmed incident against this hull.

The count is an IMO product. It is not a UKMTO warning, not a JMIC Update 111, and not a rewrite of Friday morning’s dedicated Warning 187-26, Sunday night’s dedicated Update 110, this morning’s dedicated Warning 192-26, or this morning’s dedicated NAVWARN 779-26. UKMTO’s product board still ends at Warning 192-26. Update 110, JMIC# 001 26, ICOD 011300 UTC 1 November, remains the last numbered public periodic note. That is a different counter from IMO’s 123. Masters who brief Monday afternoon as Update 111, as UKMTO finally printing Louise 1 on the original 187-26 PDF, as a completed 1–2 November tape, or as a Hormuz reopen will have misread the instrument.

What the 2 November board actually adds

Saturday’s English page was 122 confirmed incidents, 24 dead, as at 30 October, with GHANA PROSPERITY as the operational naming of that snapshot and with LEONORA KOSAN, SOYIA, CHLOE (MIVERVA V), AL DASMA, JIF BARRACUDA, LOYALTY, ST3, GFS PRIDE, GFS GISELLE, AL SAADIYAT, DP WORLD KAVERI, KITION M, EVER VICT, AL MAQAM, ANGOLA PROSPERITY and PETRO DOLPHIN already on the sheet. Monday’s English page is 123 as at 2 November. The increment is one confirmed incident. One new named row sits at the top of the table, above the 23 October Ghana Prosperity line. That arithmetic is cleaner than the 114-to-119 jump, which added five confirmed incidents and printed only three new names. One increment from that +5 is still unnamed on this public sheet. Do not invent it. Do not treat the +1 as a silent conversion of unused 186-26, dedicated 188-26, dedicated 189-26, dedicated 191-26 or this morning’s dedicated 192-26. Those UKMTO products remain unnamed on this board. Do not treat the +1 as a RITI, Al Mayeda, Arzanah, AZINI, Quba or Contship Jet conversion. Those hulls do not belong on this Middle East table as new Monday rows.

The new row is LOUISE 1, IMO 9290323, 29 October, 25NM Northeast of Khasab, Oman, damaged, no pollution. Friday morning’s dedicated Warning 187-26 remains an unnamed outbound-tanker Attack, 2212 UTC 29 October, source Verified, Update 001 300150Z 30 October: port-side small boat, two explosive devices attached to the hull above the waterline, engine-room fire, temporarily disabled, fire extinguished, crew safe, no environmental impact, continuing to next port of call, location footer Khasab, Oman. IMO does not print 187-26, 2212 UTC, “attached devices,” “engine-room fire,” “temporarily disabled,” a Verified line, a continuing-voyage line or an attacker. It prints Louise 1, 9290323, damaged, no pollution, 25 nautical miles northeast of Khasab, on a 29 October date. That is a tighter hull finding than the PDF, and it matches the PDF’s 25-nautical-mile northeast-of-Khasab offset and the PDF’s no-pollution line. It is not a completed class survey. It is not a UKMTO PDF revision.

Hold the clocks. UKMTO dates 187-26 to 29 October 2212 UTC. IMO dates the new Louise 1 row to 29 October without a time. Sunday night’s dedicated Update 110, ICOD 011300 UTC 1 November, already named LOUISE 1 against 187-26 as wrap on that note: crude oil tanker, Attack, two attached devices about 25 nautical miles northeast of Khasab, engine-room fire, temporarily disabled, crew safe, no environmental impact, continued; India’s shipping-minister identification. Those are three official instruments, not one collapsed Attack. Do not invent which UKMTO number is this 29 October IMO row. The 187-26 PDF has not been revised. Do not collapse Ghana Prosperity onto this increment because both now sit near the top of the sheet. Ghana Prosperity remains Saturday’s dedicated 122-count print: IMO 9732541, 23 October, Strait of Hormuz, damaged, no pollution, against the 182-26 outbound-Hormuz geometry. Different hull, different date, different dedicated file.

The rest of Saturday’s sheet is still there. GHANA PROSPERITY remains 23 October, IMO 9732541, Strait of Hormuz, damaged, no pollution, with the 3 October Strait row for the same IMO number still lower on the board. LEONORA KOSAN remains 23 October, IMO 9390953, 6 NM northeast of Limah, damaged, no pollution. SOYIA remains 20 October, IMO 9263916, 30 NM southeast of Al Faw, damaged, no pollution. CHLOE (MIVERVA V) remains 19 October, IMO 9315367, 121 NM from the coast of Oman, damaged, no pollution. AL DASMA remains 20 October, IMO 9653446, Strait of Hormuz, second attack, damaged, no pollution, with the 7 September first-attack row still on the board. JIF BARRACUDA remains 18 October, IMO 9345506, northeast of Khor Fakkan, damaged, no pollution, one seafarer injured. LOYALTY remains 16 October, IMO 9182306, 78 NM northeast of Al Jubail, damaged, no pollution. ST3 remains 16 October, IMO 9220964, 68 NM from Al Jubail, damaged, no pollution. GFS PRIDE remains sunk, no pollution. PETRO DOLPHIN remains two seafarers missing at Sohar Anchorage. GEM NO. 2 remains 9 October, IMO 9735373, 13 NM west of Al Jazeera, damaged. Cameroon Prosperity is still printed with the eight-digit IMO typo 93151598; the working seven-digit number on earlier dedicated files is 9315159. CAPE DAO remains 23 September, IMO 9219020, 15 NM northeast of Khasab, sunk, no pollution, one seafarer fatality. The fatality total is still 24. None of those rows is the 123-count move. The move is the one-incident increment and the first Louise 1 print at the top.

Louise 1 is an IMO print, not a 187-26 PDF naming

Warning 187-26 remains an unnamed PDF. The working primary on that dedicated Friday file is still: ATTACK UPDATE 001, 29 October 2026, 2212 UTC, source Verified, tanker, 25 nautical miles northeast of Khasab, outbound, port-side small boat, two explosive devices attached above the waterline, engine-room fire, temporarily disabled, fire extinguished, crew safe, no environmental impact, continuing to next port of call. UKMTO printed neither a ship name, an IMO number, a flag, a cargo grade, an attacker, a NUC or tow line, an anchorage nor a latitude/longitude beyond the 25-nautical-mile northeast-of-Khasab offset. Monday’s IMO row does not revise that PDF. A DPA who briefs Monday afternoon as “UKMTO has now named 187-26” has over-read a highlighted-incidents table that does not print a warning number.

Update 110, Sunday night’s dedicated periodic note, already named LOUISE 1 against 187-26 as wrap: crude oil tanker, Attack, two attached devices about 25 nautical miles northeast of Khasab, engine-room fire, temporarily disabled, crew safe, no environmental impact, continued; India’s shipping-minister identification. That is a JMIC naming on a periodic note whose ICOD is 011300 UTC 1 November. It is not this IMO board, and it is not a 187-26 PDF revision. IMO’s 2 November sheet is tighter on the hull, the IMO number and the pollution line and thinner on the method. It prints “25NM Northeast of Khasab, Oman” and “damaged,” not “attached devices,” not “engine-room fire,” not “temporarily disabled,” and not “continuing.” Hold the official lines separately. A DPA who briefs Update 110’s crew-safe and continuing lines as a completed IMO survey will over-read the board. A DPA who briefs IMO’s “damaged, no pollution” as a UKMTO revision of 187-26 will over-read the PDF. Neither product has been revised today.

Industry colour of the same 29 October clock, held separately: Seatrade Maritime, quoting Vanguard Tech on Friday’s dedicated 187-26 file, already named the tanker as the Panama-flagged Louise 1, about 159,092 dwt, with Panama-based Aquarius Maritime Ventures as owner on Pole Star colour. Sunday night’s dedicated Update 110 converted that colour into a JMIC naming. Monday’s IMO row is the first IMO print. Open-register colour only, not an IMO flag or cargo print: Panama, crude oil tanker, IMO 9290323, built 2004, about 274 metres, about 81,074 gt / 159,092 dwt, MMSI 352003797, call sign 3E5890. Registers list registered owner and commercial manager Aquarius Maritime Ventures SA and ISM manager Anagha Ship Management. That is an Aframax-size crude tanker, not Ghana Prosperity’s VLCC and not Leonora Kosan’s small LPG. Distinct from dedicated GHANA PROSPERITY, IMO 9732541, Liberia in registers, about 333 metres, 299,047 dwt, on the 23 October Strait row. Distinct from dedicated RITI on NAVAREA IX 420/26, fire-and-anchor at 26-24.07N 056-24.72E, about 1 nautical mile northwest of Ra’s Tahir — IMO has not printed RITI. Do not fold Louise 1, RITI and Ghana Prosperity into one Monday increment.

Do not promote a shadow-fleet, sanctions or Black Sea drone-history colour line onto this IMO row. Those extras are not on the highlighted-incidents board, not on the 187-26 PDF, and not on Update 110’s Louise 1 row. Monday’s board prints a name, an IMO number, a 29 October date, a 25-nautical-mile northeast-of-Khasab offset, damaged, no pollution. Stay with that wording.

What this is not

This is not Warning 192-26. This morning’s dedicated UKMTO Attack is a Master report of a tanker travelling southeast through the Arabian Gulf, 72 nautical miles east of Ras Al Khafji, struck by two unknown projectiles on the port side at 2347 UTC 1 November, all crew accounted for, no reported environmental impact. IMO has not taken that clock. This is not Warning 191-26, Sunday night’s dedicated Strait of Hormuz Mayday-relay Attack, 1509 UTC 1 November, Merchant Vessel, another vessel, unknown projectile. Official MSCIO Alert 164/26, retrieved from mscio.eu/alerts/200, 1 November 9:36 p.m. page, reprints that 1509 UTC Mayday as wrap on dedicated 191-26 and is unused as a dedicated file. This is not Warning 189-26, Friday night’s dedicated time-late outbound Hormuz crude-oil-tanker projectile. This is not Warning 188-26, Friday night’s dedicated Lavan Island Attack, 40 nautical miles south of Lavan. This is not unused Warning 186-26, the 29 October 1600 UTC CSO outbound-Hormuz projectile that still has no dedicated file on this desk. None of those numbers sits on the 2 November IMO sheet.

This is not NAVAREA IX 420/26. Friday night’s dedicated RITI fire-and-anchor remains 26-24.07N 056-24.72E, about 1 nautical mile northwest of Ra’s Tahir. IMO has not printed RITI. This is not 417/26. Friday morning’s dedicated MSV Quba wreck remains 26-19.95N 056-16.82E. This is not Sunday morning’s dedicated MSCIO Alert 161/26 AZINI hijack, and it is not Update 110’s first JMIC namings of Al Mayeda or Arzanah. IMO has not printed Al Mayeda, Arzanah or AZINI. This is not this morning’s dedicated NAVWARN 779-26 four drifting containers east of Burgas Bay, and it is not Thursday’s dedicated Contship Jet or Khoryv wrecks. Those Black Sea instruments do not belong on this Middle East table.

This is not Update 111. Update 110 remains the last numbered public periodic note, ICOD 011300 UTC 1 November, 167 incidents since 1 March. Dedicated 191-26 and 192-26 sit after that cut-off. This is not a 187-26 PDF revision. This is not a fatality-count move. This is not a Hormuz reopen. Independent tracking colour and NCAGS facilitated-transit colour remain on dedicated Update 110 and on earlier dedicated JMIC files; Monday’s board does not reprint them.

Operational implications

For CSOs, Monday afternoon is the first IMO sheet that prints Louise 1. Charterers, P&I and war-risk underwriters who have been holding 187-26 as an unnamed attached-device Attack, Update 110 as the first JMIC naming, and Vanguard as industry colour can now point to a 29 October IMO row on IMO 9290323. They still cannot point to a UKMTO PDF that prints that name. They still cannot point to Update 111. The board’s pollution line is “no pollution.” That is tighter than 187-26’s original third-party fire report, which had no environmental-impact assessment, and it matches Update 001 and Update 110. IMO printed neither a refuge port, a return-to-passage, a wreck, a NAVAREA number, a crew casualty, an attached-device method nor an attacker against this row. A 159,000-dwt crude tanker that now carries an IMO confirmed-incident date is still a survey, next-port, citadel and war-risk problem. “Damaged, no pollution” is not a completed class note and not a cargo-free finding.

The 123-count is also a reminder of what IMO has not yet taken. Warning 192-26 remains this morning’s dedicated unnamed Arabian Gulf projectile Attack. Warning 191-26 remains Sunday night’s dedicated unnamed Hormuz Mayday-relay Attack. Warning 189-26 remains Friday night’s dedicated unnamed time-late crude-oil-tanker Attack. Warning 188-26 remains Friday night’s dedicated unnamed Lavan projectile. Unused 186-26 remains an unnamed CSO Attack. Warning 185-26 remains Thursday’s dedicated unnamed fire 9 nautical miles north of Khasab. RITI remains Friday night’s dedicated NAVAREA fire-and-anchor. Al Mayeda remains Sunday afternoon’s dedicated Nakilat disclosure and Sunday night’s JMIC wrap. Arzanah remains Friday night’s dedicated 189-26 unnamed PDF with a JMIC naming on Update 110. AZINI remains Sunday morning’s dedicated MSCIO hijack. Quba remains Friday morning’s dedicated dhow wreck. One increment from the 114-to-119 jump is still unnamed. A master’s pack that treats 123 as “the 1–2 November tape is now official” will over-read the board. A pack that leaves the 29 October Louise 1 row off the IMO sheet because 187-26 was unnamed will under-read it.

Replace the 30 October 122-count snapshot. Do not replace Update 110. ICOD remains 011300 UTC 1 November. Do not invent Update 111 because the IMO sheet moved one row after that cut-off. IMO’s 123 is not JMIC’s 167-incident tally on Update 110. Ghana Prosperity stays on the sheet as Saturday’s dedicated 23 October print. The 3 October Ghana Prosperity row stays on the sheet as the first confirmed incident against that IMO number. 187-26 stays Friday morning’s dedicated unnamed attached-device Attack. Do not recast 2 November afternoon as Update 111, a 187-26 PDF naming, a 191-26 or 192-26 conversion, a fatality-count move, a rewrite of Saturday’s 122-count, a rewrite of this morning’s 192-26 or 779-26, or a Hormuz reopen.

What Operators Should Note

Log the 2 November IMO board, not a UKMTO naming. 123 confirmed incidents as at 2 November. 24 seafarers dead, unchanged from Saturday’s 122-count. Replace the 30 October snapshot in the master’s pack. Do not replace JMIC Update 110. ICOD remains 011300 UTC 1 November. IMO’s 123 is not JMIC’s 167. There is no Update 111. UKMTO still ends at 192-26.

Treat the new Louise 1 row as an IMO print, not as a 187-26 PDF naming. IMO 9290323, 29 October, 25 nautical miles northeast of Khasab, Oman, damaged, no pollution. Dedicated Update 110 remains the first JMIC naming of this hull against 187-26. Do not invent which UKMTO number is this hull. Do not invent an attached-device method, a fire-out line or a next port on the IMO sheet.

Keep the type and size on the colour line, not on the board. Open-register colour only: Panama, crude tanker, about 274 m, 81,074 gt, 159,092 dwt, MMSI 352003797, Aquarius Maritime Ventures / Anagha. Do not promote a sanctions or shadow-fleet colour line onto this row.

Leave 186-26 through 192-26, RITI, Al Mayeda, Arzanah and AZINI off this sheet, and leave one 114-to-119 increment unnamed. 192-26 remains this morning’s dedicated 72 NM east-of-Ras-Al-Khafji Attack. 191-26 remains Sunday night’s dedicated Hormuz Mayday-relay Attack; MSCIO 164/26 is wrap on that file. 189-26 remains Friday night’s dedicated time-late crude-oil-tanker Attack. 188-26 remains Friday night’s dedicated Lavan projectile. 186-26 remains unused as dedicated. 420/26 remains Friday night’s dedicated RITI fire-and-anchor. 417/26 remains Friday morning’s dedicated Quba wreck. 161/26 remains Sunday morning’s dedicated AZINI hijack. Do not invent the still-unnamed increment from the +5.

Hold Ghana Prosperity and the rest of Saturday’s sheet. Ghana Prosperity remains 9732541, 23 October, Strait of Hormuz, damaged, no pollution — Saturday’s dedicated 122-count print, not this increment — with the 3 October row still on the board. Leonora Kosan remains 9390953, 23 October, 6 NM northeast of Limah. Al Dasma still carries a second-attack row. Cape Dao remains sunk. Petro Dolphin remains two missing at Sohar.
